Supported Employment Through the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR)
Bridge Community Based Solutions is an approved provider of Supported Employment Services through the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).

Our Supported Employment Services Include:
- Career exploration and vocational assessment
- Individualized job development and job matching
- Resume preparation and interview coaching
- Job search assistance and employer outreach
- On-the-job training and job coaching
- Workplace orientation and support
- Assistance with learning job duties and developing work skills
- Communication and coordination with employers
- Long-term employment stabilization and follow-up support, when appropriate
- Collaboration with DVR counselors, families, caregivers, and other service providers
Who We Serve
We support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and other barriers to employment who are eligible for DVR services.
