Bridge Community Based Solutions was founded with a clear purpose to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with dignity, respect, and cultural understanding. As a proud refugee and immigrant who has walked the challenging path of resettlement, I know firsthand what it means to start over, to face barriers, and to long for inclusion and support in a new society.

When I arrived in Colorado, two decades ago, I brought with me not only just my hopes for a better life, but a deep desire to give back to the community that welcomed & supported me to become self-reliant. Over time, I saw the gaps in services, especially for immigrant and refugee families navigating the complex systems of care for their loved ones with disabilities. I witnessed how cultural, and language barriers often left families feeling lost, unheard, and unsupported.

This personal journey led me to set up a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) rooted in empathy, cultural responsiveness, and excellence. At Bridge Community Based Solutions, we believe that every person regardless of their background, ethnic group, sexual orientation, creed or ability, deserves to live a life of independence, connection, and purpose.

We are here to bridge the gap between services and those who need them most. Through Individual Residential Services and Supports (IRSS), Supported Community Connections (SCC), and other tailored care models, we empower individuals to thrive in their communities, because inclusion is not just a goal, it is a right.
